Programs

Training: From house training to trick training, sometimes you need a little assistance with training. Fortunately, we offer both group classes and individual training. If you are interested, please contact us at

Vaccine and Microchip Clinics: We all want to keep our dogs happy and healthy. To help keep them healthy, we offer once monthly vaccine and microchip clinics. All clinics are first come first serve. If you are interested in attending a clinic, please check our upcoming events section for dates.

Memorials: The loss of a pet is a very difficult time and grief is different for every individual. Rascal's Rescue provides an on site memorial garden. Sit on a memorial bench beneath the trees and listen to the wind chimes and remember your loved one.

The Pink Project: 56% of people in abusive relationships stay out of fear of leaving their pet with their abuser. If you find yourself in a situation that you need to get out of, Rascal's Rescue will discretely hold your pet for you until you are in a position to take your pet back. For more information, please contact

Hospice House: Raskel's Rescue believes that all dogs are special and deserving of care, even during the end stages of life. Our Hospice House is a safe and comfortable area for dogs who have a terminal illness to live out their lives in a safe, warm, and loving environment.

Educational Programs:  Raskel's Rescue knows that the future of animal welfare begins with the children of today. We are available to visit classrooms and various groups to speak with children about the importance of animal care. If you are interested in having us visit, please give us a call!

Assistance with Rehoming: We understand that life can take a turn at times and you may no longer be able to care for your pet. Unfortunately, we are in the middle of a homeless pet crisis and shelter placement is limited.  Though we may not be likely to accept your animal into our shelter, we would be happy to assist you in rehoming. We keep a list of approved homes who have reached out to us in search of a pet. If your animal matches one of those homes, we are happy to arrange a meet and greet. It should be noted that this does not mean that we will be able to find a home for your pet in a timely manner. We receive about three times the number of people looking to surrender a pet as we do people looking to adopt a pet, but we can offer to try. If you are looking to surrender or adopt, please email us at raskelsrescue@gmail.com
